Brief : This role is for our brand, SaptJanm. We are looking for an experienced and proficient Full-Stack Developer/Engineer who can potentially grab the opportunity to become the Technical Lead later on and will help in building our entire tech stack & digital assets from scratch. He/She will also be responsible for building the engineering team and its expansion. You will directly interact/report to the founding team on a daily basis to ensure our company’s technological systems/processes are built, deployed, documented & executed judiciously. In a nutshell, he/she will be managing the end-to-end technical side of the business. Also, this position has a tremendous potential to become the Head of Engineering in the future. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current/latest technological trends such as frameworks, languages, tools and should be familiar with a variety of business concepts. Responsibilities : Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals Discover, build websites/apps/web-apps, introduce novel features, workflows and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage in the market Help the company to use technology profitably Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency Build quality assurance and data protection processes Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology Communicate technology strategy to the founding team Resolving technical issues and fixing bugs as & when required Required Skills : Front-end languages entail Node.Js, HTML and CSS, JavaScript/Query Programming languages like PHP, Java, Ruby etc. Proficient & Experienced in at least one of the stacks like MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, and/or any other. DBMS like MySQL, SQL SERVER, PostgreSQL or, MongoDB. Additional Requirements : Backend - Python, C# Frontend - Angular, React, Vue Worked on AI technology, frameworks and/or ML models under any capacity Proven experience as a Tech Lead or any similar senior role Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking Problem-solving aptitude Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent experience in a relevant field; or other relevant graduate degree is a plus P.S.
