Job description

Functional Lead 7+ Years of overall experience with 3+ years in Workday in one or more modules on Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management Experience in project Estimations, implementation planning and deployment planning. Experience in driving customer discussions, demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations. Possesses a broad understanding of cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday platforms. Good communication skills, active involvement in giving Demos, feature capabilities to the clients. Develop solutions & prototype use cases using Workday products/ functionalities. Provide end to end solution and design details during Architect Sessions Participates in all phases of Workday Implementation, assisting in functional & technical design to transform the client requirements by leveraging Workday application. Provide expertise in scoping and effort estimation. Understand the Business rules and provide optimal soluti
