Develop and design visual concepts and graphics for gaming and esports marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media posts, websites, and other collateral 2. Collaborate with the marketing and esports teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet business objectives 3. Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides for our gaming and esports brand 4. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and gaming/esports design. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field 2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the gaming and/or esports industry 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 6.
