The company's current CEO is Mr Rahul Yadav Ex Housing CEO.   Role: Manager Loan Advisory We are hiring for our Sales team who will be performing below mentioned responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION ● Providing advisory and consultative loan solutions to customers looking to purchase property in partner projects by evaluating the customer's financial, providing the right scheme, financial solution etc ● Maintaining excellent relationship with all stakeholders of the account (builder sales, CRM, builder management) ● Coordination with internal teams, builder and customer for loan process to ensure adherence to SLAs on TAT ● Maintaining proper MIS REQUIRED SKILLS ● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Good analytical skills ● Hunger for learning and growth ● Accountable for builder office attendance on a daily basis and adherence to work schedule results. ● Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Min. 1 year experience in home loan sales in a bank or channel or in Real estate sales with solid experience in loans ● MBA / Graduate ●6 days a week including Sunday (Any week day off)
