Job Description

* Contribute to the internal hiring process of recruiting employees through media advertisement * Keeping breast of labour employment of got rules and regulations and coordinating the same with the executive team of the companies * Should know to file ESI , PF ,PT & have the knowledge of shops and establishment act * Scheduling and coordinating of employee events * Coordinating all training and development programs for organizational employees * Maintenance and periodic updates of all relevant departmental reports and records * Coordinating with govt. labour and legal departments to ensure smooth compliance of organizational employee recruitments, this includes compensation,employee benefits and policies. * Pay pack (digital maintenance of employee records * Maintenance of daily attendance report * Download monthly report from biometric and do monthly salary sheet in excel * Maintain good relationship with clients as well as employees and will be reporting to accounts manager KEY SKILLS * MS OFFICE ESPECIALLY EXCEL * GOOD COMMUNICATION * TALLY ( optional) * PAY PAC
