• Hiring Candidates in varies departments. • Ensuring business needs for hiring are met. • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities. • Coordinate with all departments leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to colleges and passive candidates. • Co-Ordinates interviews and be hand in END to END recruitment process till offer been rolled. • Follow up with shortlisted candidates till they on-board. • Sourcing, Searching, Identifying Consultant using job boards like Apna app, Hirect, Monster and internal database. • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references. • Responsible to Write and Post technical and non-technical job descriptions on Job posting websites. • Employee Attendance & leave updation. • Manage and update Employees Database. • Organize new employee orientation & On-Boarding. • Maintain Employee Training & Training Report. • Visitors book maintenance. • Should handle Front End desk. • Employee movement register. • Admin activates. • Maintain a Healthy, fun, safe and clean work environment. • Should also analyze and improve organizational processes and improve quality of work. • All other HR & Admin related works from time to time. • NOTE – If you are a “Go-getter” this job is for you.
