Key responsibilities:
• Advanced Employee Support: Address complex employee inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
• Conflict Resolution: Lead the resolution of escalated employee conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and employment laws, advising management on compliance matters.
• Investigations: Conduct in-depth investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of employee relations cases and actions taken
• Reporting: Help with preparing comprehensive reports on employee relations activities, trends, and outcomes.
