We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Team Lead to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks Roles and Responsibilities · Designing and updating job descriptions · Resources often include community networking events, job fairs, online sources, social media, job boards, career fairs, and advertising/marketing programs. · Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them on-board · Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video) · Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the company’s Hiring Managers · Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits · Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill etc.) · Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs · Completing timely reports on employment activity · Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees · Screen incoming resumes and application forms · Performing reference and background checks. · Reviewing resumes and applications · Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process · Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions · Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance · Managing workplace safety issues · Training new or existing employees · Firing staff · Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees · Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations . · Preparation of salary statement · Handling the full and final settlement of the employees · Administration of all contract labor · Conducting various welfare activities · Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation · Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management · Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements · Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality · Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities · Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee · Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have. · Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee's accounts · Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation · Update personal information of new joiners · Involves in yearly manpower planning and expansion. · Takes charge of projects by appointing candidates for specific projects and coordinates with department heads and on respective projects. · Conducts interview for management level. Skills and Qualifications · Experience with sourcing techniques · Understanding of referral programs · Sound judgement and Leadership skills · Individual with strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field · Prior experience as an HR Recruiter · Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, on boarding, training, talent management etc.) · Sound knowledge of all labour regulations · Experience with resume databases, ATS and referral programs · Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting · Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Contact: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Walk-In Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
