Job description Roles and Responsibilities Objective of the role • Co-ordinate for all HR, IR & Admin related activities • SPOC for employees & employer Key Areas of Responsibility ESSENTIAL • Understanding & knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance is must • Experience in handling Statutory processes like PF, ESI, Stat Bonus, Minimum wages, OT, Gratuity management (maintaining records, etc). • Checks on process deviation and identify gaps • Managing rotational shifts of employees • Managing employees relation, handling employees grievances • Issuance of various statutory letters to employees, e.g. increment letter, warning letter, termination letter etc. • Maintaining Employee Database - Personal Files, Joining formalities etc. • Ensure timely updating of employees data in HRMS System • Coordination with the candidates & admin & IT department for Access & id Cards & IT Accessories. • Statutory Compliances such as ensuring PF/ESI payment and filing of periodical returns. • Leave & Attendance records management. • Processing documents for Full & Final Settlement of left employees • Processing of PF /FPF transfer/withdrawal of left employees • Group Mediclaim Insurance Database Management • Updating of individual employee training & performance management records • Coordinating with cab agency for pick up & drop arrangement of employees • Managing & coordinating for health check-up of existing employees & new joiners • Other adhoc related work with respect to HR admin Desired Candidate Profile • 1 - 5 years of experience in Generalist role • Must have good Computer knowledge & ERP Experience • Good Communication skill • Experience working in factory is preferred • Ready to work in rotational shift (including night shift) • Any Graduate with MSW or MBA in HR is added value
