Roles & Responsibilities : We are looking for resources from any US voice calling background (70% Calling & 30% Data Work), who have previously worked in US mortgage or Title Insurance domain is added advantage Shift Timings : 6pm to 3am and 11pm to 7am Note : Candidate should have completed the degree course , Candidates with standing arrears are not eligible for requirement. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Voice Experts address the Agency queries related to title documents when a property is to be bought, mortgage or sold. Experts search through the documents, maps, and records of sales available from Realtors, banks or the offices of surveyors and Government agencies. They make sure that a property is not in foreclosure and that there are no restrictions on its use or disputes about its borders. Once they are convinced it can be sold, voice experts recommend that their agency issue a clear title for the property and the proposed sale can then proceed. Required Candidate profile: Candidates should have worked in the International Voice process. Candidates should have a minimum 1 to 2 year of experience with the International Voice process. Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skills Candidate Should Have Inclination Towards Customer Service and Customer Centric Approach. Willing to work in US rotational shifts Should have the ability to question, interpret and clarify information.
