Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Responsibilities: 1. Overall 0-1year of experience in IT Recruitment preferably sourcing for domestic. 2. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. 3. Manage a heavy requisition load and built a pipeline of qualified candidates through relationships with professional organizations, Referrals, Job Postings, and by establishing strong internet recruiting capabilities 4. Develops a network of referrals, collaborate, and work with employee referral teams. Required 5. Candidate profile Should have had prior experience hiring in the domestic region 6. Understands the selection and candidate engagement nuances of the different regions. 7. Positive attitude and demeanor in the face of adverse customer / internal customer demands. 8.
