Assessing and reviewing internal controls surrounding the operation, security and safety of individual shops and stores. To work with local staff to develop and agree specific recommendations to help address and rectify any shortfalls identified during audits. Physically scan and count items, ensuring 100% accountability of products. Review daily sales reports and negative inventory reports to locate discrepancies in data. To provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations to Store Managers and Area Managers after each audit assignment with appropriate actions and timescales. Candidate Profile: Any Graduation is required. 2-3 years of experience in an Audit Executive role. Strong time management and organizational skills Willing to travel during audits outside Bangalore(5 to 7 days in a month). Ability to analyze and understand. Two-wheeler is mandatory
