Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Catalog & Buying Channel, Analyst

In this role, as part of the P2P Transformation program, the role will be supporting the team for driving enablement of Catalogs and buying channels in Ariba. The role would split their time between driving BAU continuous process improvement and participating in transformational projects to deliver better user experience and efficiency across the entire Source to Pay process.  

Responsibilities 
·    Align with agreed category strategy and enable catalogs based on the scope.
·    Identify potential suppliers and fit to buying channels
·    Collaborate with prioritized suppliers on hosting Catalog (static and punchout).
·    Work with suppliers to onboard and configure catalogs in Ariba, ensuring data quality, pricing accuracy, and compliance to contract terms 
·    Collaborate with SCM category teams and to align catalog content with category strategies and user experience goals in guided buying 
·    Update cadence, and ongoing performance monitoring framework 
·    Collaborate with Supplier enablement substream 
·    Work with SAP Catalog experts on configuration and set up of Punch out catalogs/ Supplier hosted static catalogs.
·    Collaborate with suppliers & Internal teams for testing of hosted catalogs
·    Work with Internal and external stakeholders on cutover activities.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications 
•    Good understanding of category management and buying channels applicable 
•    Knowledge of static and dynamic catalog formats 
•    Ability to coordinate with suppliers to onboard and maintain catalogs 
•    Skills in defining catalog governance structure
•    Strong grasp of procurement policies and how they translate into channel controls and approvals 
•    Understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes such as category management, content enablement, CLM, Sourcing, SRM, and invoicing.  
•    Experience in SAP modules like SLP, Ariba is a plus 
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
•    Good communication and customer-faced skills. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
