Responsibilities of candidate include: Candidate should ready to join on 19th June 2022 1. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals. 2. Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and monitoring work processes. 3. Lead training, hiring and enrichment of all department associates. 4. Dispatch delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers to ensure on time delivery. 5. Maintain constant communication with warehouse personnel to coordinate loading, dispatch and placement of vehicles. 6. Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers. 7. Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes. 8. Manage placement of fixed, replacement and adhoc delivery vehicles with driver as required. 9. Management of fixed vehicles. 10. Daily submission of staff attendance and vehicle trip reports and payment request for replacement and adhoc vehicles and maintaining and submitting records of vendors documents on the timely basis.
