1) Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools & MS Access. 2) Should be proficient with Advanced Excel Formulas such as, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF. 3) Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers. 4) Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent. 5) Coordinate with all field service & cross functional associates as & when required. 6) Backend work for onboarding New service partners – Collecting KYC documents, Agreement copy, Agreement signing, SAP code creation, ID mapping in CRM, Pin code mapping. 7) Own the monthly ASP reimbursement process - Invoice collection, verification, submission to finance post functional head approval, follow-up with finance for payout. 8) Work orders intend request, PO creation & issuance post approval in SAP. 9) Service Partner’s stationary, uniform, ID & tool kit inventory management. 10) Service performance report preparation & publish on daily, weekly & monthly basis to respective stake holders. 11) Track the Warranty replacement workflow & maintain the database. 12) Coordinating with field service team for collecting all defectives for Quality Analysis. 13) Coordinate with finance to settle CN against FOC replacements.
