Job Overview As a critical function of an organization, a MIS executive is responsible for design and development of business critical reports using Excel sheets and other tools in coordination with cross function departments. • Responsible for creating and managing the various databases used by the organization, which requires proficiency with database management tools esp MS Excel • Developing first line of defense SOPS against critical malfunctions • Collating and analysing critical business information and developing weekly/ monthly reports for management review and action Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Developing daily business continuity sheet for food orders to be delivered the following day • Assigning riders for specific routes to and ensuring that all orders have corresponding riders for smooth food delivery to customers • Collating data for all the riders for the number of KMs travelled, attendance, delivery accuracy and other critical information as defined by the organization • Collating and reporting any other critical business data required by the organization as per the defined guidelines • Collating monthly expenditures incurred on logistics through various modes of transportation engaged by the organization. • Developing monthly score cards for the riders to be utilized for their monthly payments basis their performance Skills / Attributes Required • Ability to work flexible working patterns to meet the needs of the business • The ability to build and develop strong business relationships • The ability to work as part of a talented team or on own initiative • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment As an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive, you are required to work with Data: • This role is a role for professionals who are good with numbers • Knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) is a must • Must be able to create reports using data • Knowledge of any ERP software will be a bonus • Knowledge of any business intelligence software like Tableau, R is a bonus
