Summary:
The ServiceNow Senior Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and assuring the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. This role provides strategic and technical leadership to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.
The Senior Architect acts as the technical authority and trusted advisor for stakeholders, guiding platform strategy, solution design, governance, and long-term roadmap decisions while enabling high-quality delivery across multiple programs and teams.

- Good To Have Skills: ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, etc.), ITIL
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence architectural decisions at senior leadership level
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Mentoring and leadership capability

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
