About your team

The Corporate Enablers (CE) Technology function provides Technology services to multiple business functions like Finance, HR and General Counsel and Corporate Property Services (CPS), globally. This includes on-premises and SaaS solutions, both in-house built and vendor provided.  There is a strong focus on data analytics, workflow, automation tools and our inhouse built integration platform, to bring greater efficiency to these functions.   The Corporate Enablers Technology team is a global team with people based in the UK, China, and India, and a part of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) organization.

This role sits at the center of our transformation journey. We are seeking a bold, innovative technology leader with strong engineering depth and a passion for building cloud-native, AI-driven ecosystems. You will help architect and execute our future CE technology landscape—one where:

Your mission will be to:

• Champion an AI‑first culture, inspiring teams to think creatively about how AI accelerates development, optimizes business processes, and generates measurable value.
• Elevate engineering standards, embedding scalable architecture patterns, automated controls, and continuous delivery practices.
• Drive automation at scale, enabling intelligent tooling, self-service platforms, and reusable engineering capabilities across CE.
• Shape a modern cloud & data ecosystem, enabling seamless integration, governed data flows, and analytics capabilities that empower business decision-making.
• Simplify and modernize the landscape, driving standardization, reuse, and efficiency to enable faster, smarter delivery.

As a change agent, you will spark innovation, drive cultural evolution, and inspire teams through thought leadership and hands-on guidance. You will bring the latest industry trends to CE and translate them into practical, scalable solutions that transform how we deliver technology and business value.

About you

Essential Skills

• Drive an AI‑first, cloud‑native engineering ecosystem with ownership across the entire SDLC—from requirements and design through build, test, release, deployment, and operations—ensuring automation, intelligence, and scalability are embedded by design.
• Proven experience in building AI solutions across the full SDLC, including solution design, development, model training, deployment, and operationalisation of enterprise‑grade AI platforms and models.
• Establish modern engineering standards, reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and libraries, with a strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, resilient design, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Lead the implementation of modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, release automation, and strong code‑quality controls, supported by proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Thought leadership in engineering, cloud, and AI trends, combined with hands‑on experience modernising technology landscapes and building scalable platforms
• Coach and grow engineering teams, foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture, and lead change through hands‑on guidance, thought leadership, and continuous improvement.
