Profile for Deputy Manager Production Required for a medium scale Engineering plant on a fast growth path. a) Educational qualification: Degree in Electronic Engineering. b) Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience. Minimum 2 years at middle level of Production in an Electronic consumer product manufacturing organization. Experience in handling sensor product will be an added advantage. c) Knowledge of good engineering practices for production. d) Knowledge of Analogue and Digital circuits. e) Knowledge of programming of microcontrollers. f) Capable of identifying and monitoring of Critical to quality process. g) Ability to understand and introduce Poka Yoke for error proofing. h) Ability to generate Work Instructions for new products and validate work instructions for existing products. i) Capable of preparing check sheets and designing internal test plans to address process quality complains, implement and generate commensurate change management reports for approval and implementation. j) Capable of generating periodic (yearly or as desired) validation of process, tools and Equipment. k) Follow up for periodic calibration of the various measuring instruments and process control gauges and instruments with Quality Dept. l) Responsible for upkeep of various process equipment & Test and measuring instruments. m) Should have taken part in periodic ISO and Customer Audits. n) Required to interact with Supplier of subcontracted activities and provide necessary feedback for quality improvement. o) Follow proper documentation for change management and implement corrective measures. p) Computer proficiency in Micro Soft Office. (Using Word, XL) q) Systematic documentation of production documents for easy retrieval. r) Proficiency in both Spoken and written English. s) Knowledge of Spoken Kannada is a must and must be capable of clear expressing to put forward views. Age Group: 30 ~ 45 Years.
