Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. - Assemble each product according to specifications. - Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards. - Notify supervisor in the event that there is a problem with the assembly and help come up with solutions. - Maintain a safe work environment by following all company protocols, regulations and procedures. - Adheres to all safety guidelines provided to the production and handling of materials. - Ensures that all production deadlines are met. - Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor. - Ensure that equipment’s are maintained in good and safe working condition. - Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. - Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner. - Follow safety procedures and company policies. - Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. - Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately. - Maintain the Factory & work floor clean, safe and organized.
