We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Responsibility • Manage all aspects of assigned properties maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties. • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections and update it. • Collect receivable accounts rent, pay invoices, etc and handle operating expenses • Manage on-site staff and vendors. • Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems • Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files • Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities. • Tenant visits. • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. • Other on field related works. Skills • Proven work experience as a Property Manager • Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation • Well organized with excellent time management skills
