Job Description
Train new hires- Sales and Financial markets Train existing employees on Quality and Compliance standards Draft Training programs from scratch Collaborate with management to identify company training needs. Schedule appropriate training sessions. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum. Supervise training budgets. Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. - LMS Train and guide new employees. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training. Strong communication skills- English and Hindi Strong understanding of concepts in financial markets Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer Salary:- Take home up to 35K. Position type/ Expected hours of work. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Note :-Work from office and Face to face round only
