Job description : Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of recruiter • Track & report key metrics and analyze hiring process using data to make decisions and optimize hiring results to support business • Be the primary point of contact for Senior Business leaders and work with business heads to fill key / niche positions and senior level roles • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently with team members • Developing recruiting plan / strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely. • Setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the timelines. • Negotiate and discuss with the candidates on the salaries / perks offered • Planning for leadership hiring, recruitment drives, campus drives and specialized recruitment. Desired Candidate Profile : • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field • Ability to take ownership, understand the requirement of position and prosper in a fast paced recruitment environment • Extensive working knowledge of developing relationships with candidates and keeping them interested and ability to generate leads to find the best of the candidates • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential • Ability to manage and handle multiple requirements at a time efficiently
