JOB DESCRIPTION: • Position title: Order Management Executive • Department: Sales • Qualification: Engineering/MBA/Any graduate • Work Location: Malur JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: • Under general direction, coordinates the daily activities of a customer order fulfilment department of Panacea Product line. Facilitates interaction between customer service, Production, Finance and sales and marketing. • Coordinate with team for order entry, administration, and shipping till complete handover. • Proper Documentation of Order related information to ERP • Provide any technical input needed for order execution • Vendor management for procured items. • Assists in the resolution of any issues tied to order processing. • Proficient with ERP Systems, IQMS Experience a plus • Ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the organisation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) • Good customer relation skills • Proficiency in MS office tools • Passion for Healthcare • Strong Communication Skills • Customer focus/ relationship • Strong understanding of dynamics of Medical equipment business
