Job Description: Responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP Finance and costing area, often in close cooperation with the finance team; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Responsible for gathering information on their current business process and prepare a document. Need to do configuration, implementation and provide technical support. Responsible for: • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Production planning & plant maintenance • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. • Document functional designs, test cases and results. • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members • Document functional designs, test cases and results. • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. • Provide training and user support as required • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Required Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience of full cycle implementation as well as in support projects • Implementation experience includes business requirement analysis, mapping clients' business process to SAP processes (As Is-To Be), GAP analysis, configuration, re-engineering, testing, training, documentation & post go-live Support. • Design, customize, configure and testing of PP • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements • Well versed with ASAP methodology for structured and systematic SAP project implementation • Documenting functional designs, various system test cases, and results • Identifying and proposing system enhancements in the organization • Providing user support as per the requirements • Should have Excellent Communication Skill Location: Bangalore
