Job Description Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for Cushman & Wakefield. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Partner with Business Leaders to understand proactive staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain candidate pipelines, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably from [Service industry or similar industry].
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
