Modestack is looking for Senior Technical Recruiter - US Markets, candidates should have minimum of 5+ years of experience working on US IT requirements and understanding of technologies. Willing to work night shift when required. NP - 15days or less / Immediate Joiners SALARY - Upto 7LPA + Incentives REQUIREMENTS 1. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc 2. Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies and rank candidates. 3. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement. 4. Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle. 5. Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals. 6. Present candidates resume to the hiring managers for further consideration. 7. Timely communication with the candidates and ensure updates on their candidature. 8. Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the business needs and requirements 9. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls 10. Build a slack network of developers, architects and perform community management activities QUALIFICATIONS 1. 5+ Years of experience working on US IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must 2. Organization/Coordination Skills 3. Relationship Management skills 4. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS) 5. Experience using recruiting tools, job portals and social media websites 6. Learning Agility and Go-getter attitude 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 8.
