• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy while maintaining Service With Speed (SWS) goals • Resolve guest queries and/or complaints efficiently • Ensure all employees are well presented and in uniform • Conduct “Product Tasting Drive” before operations begin to ensure taste and quality are as per standards • Ensure team adheres to the assigned scripts while interacting with clients • Fill out DFS (start of morning shift and end of closing shift) • Receive deliveries and manage and/or escalate discrepancies • Check all equipment to ensure they are in working condition and at the appropriate temperature • Conduct daily review meeting before opening to brief team members about targets, wastages from day before, any issues, etc. • Coordinate opening activities in a timely manner • Manage store petty cash and send bills to finance team • Ensure compliance to necessary store guidelines • Support RGM in managing people and disciplinary issues • Assist and supervise complete store operations in the absence of the RGM and the ARM • Ensure all stations are manned as per weekly roster and manage and absences • Support team members wherein required • Provide on-going feedback to team members • Provide regular feedback to ARM and RGM on team member performance * Only from QSR Industry
