Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Installation Technician to install, repair, upgrade, and maintain Chairs and equipment for our customers. Your duties may include traveling to customers' or place of business, installing chairs, marking and lisining troubleshooting problems with existing equipment as well as new equipment along with Installation team. Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints, resolving problems and Submitting weekly and monthly Reports. Establishes service by studying requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. Coordinating, Accompanying & Supervising the installation work in the work site. Includes travelling across pan India. Qualification: Minimum education qualification – Any Bachelor’s Degree / B.E/ B.Tech (Civil Eng.)
