We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This is a leadership role working closely with the India Site Leaders to program manage PayPal’s two largest sites — Bangalore and Chennai. The position focuses on driving strategic initiatives, managing multiple cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with global and organizational goals. The role partners with senior leaders to make the two sites a great place to work by enhancing operational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and aligning site activities with PayPal’s global engagement and business priorities. It also involves close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, consistency, and impactful delivery across both sites.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers.

Expected Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Leverage analytics and dashboards to guide priorities and measure program impact.

• Oversee center-wide programs in areas such as innovation, branding, and engagement.
