Job Title - Sr. Sales Executive / Manager-Sales (Real Estate Sales) Experience - 6 months and above in Sales. Qualification - Graduate No. of Opening - 3 Salary - As per Candidate experience and knowledge. Role and Responsibilities - Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written). Convert leads to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure the best service. Build and maintain relationships with the clients to ensure recurring business. Having a positive attitude for doing at least 2 meetings each day, meeting new people every day and someone who enjoys doing sales & consulting. Meet the assigned sales target by acquiring new customer business and growing existing relationships. Provide feedback on Projects and competition to the marketing team. Also, keep a track of leads on CRM. Should be aware of the local geography. Should take High levels of passion and ownership to actions. Prior experience in a real estate firm or any broker firm will be an added advantage.
