1. Reporting to Project Manager, Accounts Team (GGN), Procurement Team (GGN) 2. Preparation of Delivery Challan, coordination with accounts team regarding ewaybill 3. Record Maintenance of all inward and outward of Material, invoices/E-Way Bill//Delivery Challans. Original copies of material and service receipt invoices to be submit to Finance (GGN) team member on weekly basis, similarly, updating in Tally/SAP Software. 4. Coordination with Procurement Team/Admin to deliver the materials as per Commitment Time. 5. Verification of delivered materials as per Tax Invoice/DC 6. For Short Quantity, Damaged and Quality related issue for delivered material if found will be immediately take necessary action and informed to concern department. 8. Tracking of Inward Inventory item wise and keeping in Store Room in organized manner so that at the end of any given day while verification of closing stock the total quantity shall tally with records books
