The individual in this role is responsible for supporting a student through his/her journey as a student at Newton School. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive experience and enhance relations with students. Day to day responsibilities: Manage email, chat and telephonic communication with prospective leads/students Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Understanding lead profile, education path & career expectations Building repo with warm & cold leads Consult leads & decision making stakeholder about product and value addition Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of student interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Must haves: A bachelor’s degree (Graduation year 2019, 2020 & 2021) Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Professional proficiency in English & Hindi language Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Laptop with working webcam Strong Internet Connection
