About the role: In close coordination with software architects, software developers, and others: You will provide direct first-level support to systems and tools users. You will use technical, business, and domain knowledge to automate business processes and monitor uptime and health of existing automation. You will monitor systems and tools availability and remediate issues, or coordinate with others to do so, in a timely manner. You will train content creators on tools and others on complex tools and processes. You will regularly audit systems and tools access update access as business needs or conditions change. You will work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. About you: 1year of experience as an IT system administrator, or backend developer with direct experience updating and maintaining complex systems. Possess working knowledge of Windows or Linux server administration. Knowledge of XML/XSLT/XPath and XML authoring/development tools. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong project and task management skills.
