Duties: • Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US. • Must have 4-5 years minimum experience recruiting for American MSP Clients. • Preferred experience recruiting for clinical, scientific, quality, compliance, professional, and engineering categories in Life Science Industry. • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. • Responsible for handling different types of requirements. • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals to interviews and placements. • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Skills Required: • Must have 4-5 years minimum experience recruiting for American MSP Clients. • Preferred 2 - 6 years prior experience in IT / Non-IT recruiting for USA markets. • Very good knowledge of current technologies and the ability to identify candidates with the right experience and background from a large database of resumes. • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook. • At least 2 years of experience in working on USA based candidate management tools such as Ceipal, CATS, Bullhorn, iCIMS, PeopleClick, PeopleFluent, etc. • Strong knowledge of employment markets in the USA including USA geographical zones, time zones, and cost of living understanding. • Strong awareness of the USA culture and mannerisms to ensure appropriate communications with USA personnel. • Ability to identify candidates with the right skills for requisitions and ability to distinguish apples from oranges i.e., a database developer from a database administrator for instance.
