Job Summary We Are Looking For A Telecaller To Boost Our Sales By Communicating With Current And Possible Customers/Clients. A Candidate Will Be Required To Gather Information From The Individual And Suggest A Probable Product Or Service. To Be Able To Provide The Best Telecalling Experience, You Must Know How To Convince The Toughest Of The Client To Purchase Our Offering. Key Responsibilities 1. Research And Find Potentials Leads/ Clients Suitable For Jumpup And Parent Company SOFTCON Product Services 2. Work On Engaging With Potential Clients Through Telephonic Conversations 3. Work On Assisting Our In – House Sales Team With Groundwork, Qutation Building , Any Other Documentation Required 4. Responsible For Making Outbound Calls And Regular Follow Up On Leads Assigned. 5. Build A Strong Relationship / Trust With Customers By Understanding The Customer Requirements And Suggesting The Right Product To The Customers. 6. Explaining The Product Features In Detail And How To Use The Packages. 7. Address All The Issues / Grievances Of Customers And Provide The Right Customer Experience. 8.
