Duties & Responsibilities  Maintaining and organizing a list of potential leads. Outcall them and convince them for site visits in coordination with the sales team  Understand and explain customer requirements and redirect them to respective sales team members  Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails  Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved  Provide project details to potential customers over the phone and via email. Handle all queries in a professional and courteous manner  To be diligent in following up with customers and to always stay updated with the product knowledge  Establish and maintain relationships with clients and retrieve the required information from them  Supporting marketing activities through emails/calls  Meeting the internal targets and goals assigned within the team  Prepare and maintain MIS report Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Day shift
