(Please sent application for suitable candidates only) • Responsible for fleet maintenance of all vehicles. • Responsible for uptime of the vehicles. • Responsible for the optimal performance of the Vehicles. • Enhancing the appreciation of the vehicle. • Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for Vehicles visits and audits in consultation with MD. • Responsible for the fuel utilization. • Responsible for the scheduled servicing as recommended by the vehicle manufacturers. • Responsible for the prompt processing of the insurance claims. • Responsible for handling accident and break down resumption. • Responsible for identifying and enhancing business relations with local vendors ( Spare part dealers, workshops, Tyres & batteries supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and agencies) • Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly. • Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the Drivers. • Inventory management at Units levels. • Responsible for record maintenance and report generation. • Trend analysis of key vehicle attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization , break downs and accidents). • Responsible for coordinating and executing regular training modules for Drivers (Educating and enhancing skill levels of Drivers). • Supporting HR team in recruitment activities. • Responsible for Statutory compliances of vehicle documents. • Maintenance of Imprest amount handled by the Drivers. • Prompt submission of bills related to Fleet operations. • Timely data updation in Fleet applications (Fleet Management System – FMS) • Responsible claims with vendors. • Driver safety training. • Insurance claims of vehicles.
