Ongoing partnership and guidance from Product Owner and Workday Lead. Workday Lead is expected to train and will actively engage with them throughout the week, but they will also need to be able to work autonomously in stretches, researching and testing options independently as appropriate.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the areas of Workday Time, Absence or Payroll is required. 
• Workday configuration experience is desired, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are very proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role.
• Strong Excel skills. While most of the work will be in Workday, strong Excel skills are necessary for periodic data loads into Workday

Preferences:

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration. 
• Being able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, talk through options, and help eliminate roadblocks.
