Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem to spearhead AI & Process Automation strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. You will be the primary authority on Workday API capabilities and will drive the evolution of our HRIS landscape through sophisticated process automation. With over a decade of experience, you are expected to provide both hands-on technical excellence and strategic architectural guidance.

Your Job:

• Define the automation roadmap for Workday ensuring alignment with global IT standards.

• With your in-depth HR process knowledge, identify point of failures to automate the same.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Extend, Workday Web Services (WWS), including SOAP, REST, Orchestrate and Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS).

• Identify manual bottlenecks within HR workstreams and architect End-to-End (E2E) Gen AI & Automated solutions.

• Utilize Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics to build custom apps and high-performance data pipelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Identify system gaps for Global as well as regional process.

• Experience of working in post-production environment.

• Experience in Project delivery, Agile practices, and DevOps.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a

• Global team across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science

• Years of Experience: 10 Years of Workday Technical expertise. Workday Extend.

• Gen AI & Automation: Familiar with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Automate platform.
