📦 JOB DESCRIPTION – PICKER & PACKER
🔹 Job Title:Picker & Packer
🔹 Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- 🛠 Key Responsibilities:Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list
- Pack items properly to avoid damage during transit
- Label packages correctly with order details
- Maintain accuracy and speed in order processing
- Perform quality checks on products before packing
- Assist in loading/unloading goods if required
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Basic reading and counting skills
- Physically fit for warehouse work
- Ability to work in shifts
- Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred (Fresher can apply)
- ⏰ Work Details:Shift: 9 hours duty
- Timing: Rotational / Day Shift /NIGHT Shift
- 💰 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime / Incentives (if applicable)
- PF / ESIC Facility
- Weekly Off
