Job Description

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Shyamla Hills, Bhopal branch as Accounts & Compliance Executives. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and a good grasp of basic accounting concepts. We provide detailed in-house training — so if your fundamentals are strong and you are a quick learner, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and assist with day-to-day accounting entries
• Support GST return filing, TDS working, and income tax compliance tasks
• Assist in ROC filings, secretarial compliance, and payroll processing
• Coordinate with clients for timely collection of documents and compliance deliverables
• Handle professional email correspondence, data entry, and MIS reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication — written and verbal
• Strong computer skills — MS Office (especially Excel), email, and internet
• Sound understanding of basic accounting (debit/credit, ledger, trial balance)
• Quick learner with a detail-oriented and proactive work approach
• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or any relevant discipline

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, or income tax
• Prior experience in an accounting firm, CA office, or compliance role
• Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software
