Job Overview
Keshav Plywood is looking for a strong CNC Operator to support operations in ensuring cutting, routing and designing on MDFs, HDHMR and Plyboards.
This role is central for managing all CNC related activities. The ideal candidate is structured, confident, detail-oriented, and excellent with follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, routing, pasting of Plyboards, MDFs and HDHMR.
- Preparing designing and accordingly implementing on software to complete the product.
- Visiting sites, If possible to understand customer requirements.
- As per interest, there is a space for marketing and sales activities.

Job Role:
- Ensure company systems and processes are followed by all employees
- Take daily/weekly reports and track employee performance
- Maintain expense records and basic accounts in Excel
- Handle hiring posts, resume screening, and 1st–2nd round interviews
- Call customers for feedback and share insights with management
- Monitor work efficiency and follow up on pending tasks
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Excellent knowledge of CNC
- Comfortable handling people, systems, and responsibilities
