Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative and client support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain and track timelines to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
- Handle client coordination and communication
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Attend calls, respond to emails, and handle front desk operations
- Schedule meetings and maintain records
- Support administrative and operational activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or customer service preferred
