Main Responsibilities TheProject Managerwill be responsible for implementation of the programs in coordination with the Project associates in the respective cluster. She/ He will be responsible smooth execution of workflows/projects. • Mobilizing candidates for awareness generation and effective implementation of the project. • Preparation of reports and documentation as per the requirements of the project. • Ensure all project-related field activities follow the program timeline and preparation of periodical-weekly and monthly reports. • Work closely with networks and alliances to take forward the company’s domains of work. • Taking lead in liaison between candidates and employers. • Oversee and provide the necessary support to the mobilizers and trainersfor effective delivery of the program. • Review and monitor the progress of a training project and ensure its effective working. • Compilation and maintenance of the required data related to the said project. • Project implementation, coordination and take necessary guidance and field assessments. • Based on the field requirement your role and responsibilities may be changed. Relocation- During the course of employment, the post holder may be required to move base on a temporary basis to any workplace controlled by Indianeers. Travel- Willingness to travel and undertake sustained fieldwork as per the requirement of the particular position Salary: Negotiable Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi (Regional language, if required). • Proficient in use of computers and internet applications. • Counselling and mentorship skills. • Analytical and documentation skills. • Should be based at the district allotted, for work in the respective zones. • Willing to travel for field work. • Accepts and ensures rigor in project implementation. • Ability to work with large network in the private/public sector.
