MIS Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Barcoding & MIS Executive to manage product barcoding, inventory data, and reporting systems. The role involves ensuring accurate product tagging, maintaining records, and generating MIS reports for business operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Barcoding Operations

• Generate and print barcodes for products
• Ensure correct tagging of all inventory items
• Maintain barcode database and SKU mapping
• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for proper implementation

2. MIS (Management Information System)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain sales, inventory, and stock movement records
• Analyze data and highlight discrepancies
• Update records in Excel/ERP systems

3. Inventory Management Support

• Track stock levels and product movement
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation
• Identify missing/incorrect barcodes

4. Data Accuracy & Reporting

• Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry
• Generate insights for management decisions
• Maintain organized digital records
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems / ERP
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment
• QualificationsGraduate (BBA / B.Com / any relevant field preferred)
• 0–2 years experience in MIS / Inventory / Retail operations
• PreferredExperience in retail or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with barcode systems and POS
• Salary Range₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)
