Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, translating these into detailed application designs. The role requires continuous interaction with various teams to ensure alignment of application features with business processes. Throughout the day, the Application Designer refines design documents, participates in review sessions, and supports the development team by providing clear guidance on application structure and functionality. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on creating efficient, scalable solutions that address evolving business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design discussions to ensure application architecture aligns with business goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to maintain clarity and consistency in application development.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting application issues to ensure optimal performance.
