Job Description
Client Relationship Support: Assist senior maintaining, developing, and expanding existing client relationships.
Client Onboarding & Documentation: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, account documentation, and file maintenance.
Inquiry Resolution & Service: Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly via phone and email.
Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts for irregularities, excess bills, or risks, ensuring prompt reporting.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate client records in systems
Compliance Management: Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, AML, and CDD requirements.
