It allows residents and management to connect, share notices, and maintain a safe and secure environment. Ohhpro Junction currently operates in Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Pune, with plans to expand to more cities soon. Aligned with the motto, "Life is busy, OhhPro makes it easy!", the app simplifies housing society management in a digital-first way.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating product features, and understanding customer needs to promote Ohhpro Junction’s services effectively. The role includes managing leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term client relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in business development, client engagement, and relationship management.
Sales and marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and achieving targets.
Knowledge of digital platforms, CRM tools, and presentation software.
Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Organizational and time management skills to coordinate with teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior experience in real estate or technology sales is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
