Position – Business Development Manager - Events Experience – 3-5 years Salary - Negotiable Key Responsibilities: · The successful candidate will be a proactive self- starter with creative and innovative thinking. · Excellent written and verbal skills. · Highly effective communication, presentation, organization, coordination and business generation skills. · Identify business prospects in Odisha and other states. · Generating the leads through cold calling, bidding sites and his/her own network. Should have experience in government tenders · Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution. · Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers · Should have knowledge of email marketing and follow - up with the clients response. · Creation of proposals, sending Proposals, order Processing and payment follow ups. · Playing an important role between client and implementation team for better work output and work ease. · Candidate must be well conversant with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Achieving the monthly sales target / exceed the target. · Additional knowledge on Digital marketing, Social media, Branding and marketing will be an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile: - Role :Sales/Business Development Manager - Industry Type : Advertising, PR, MR, Event Management - Employment Type Full Time, Permanent - Experience of Corporate tie-ups/PSU tie-ups Education: - PG : Any graduate(MBA/PGDM preferable)
